Each year, Arby's restaurants across the U.S. participate in our National Community Fundraiser. In 2011, our "Share your Good Mood" fundraiser benefited our new charity partner, Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry Campaign. For six weeks, our team members sold $1 pin-ups to help raise funds and awareness to end childhood hunger in America.
After pledging to contribute $1 million dollars to No Kid Hungry in October, we were excited to learn that our customers donated over $1.8 million dollars by the end of December. 100% of these donations were given directly to the No Kid Hungry Campaign. In addition, the Arby's Foundation donated $300,000 dollars, making our total contribution to the No Kid Hungry Campaign more than $2 million dollars.
We are proud of our franchisees, employees, and customers across the nation that helped us double our pledge and brought us one step closer to ending childhood hunger in America.

Arby's Feeds Volunteers and Food Donors at the 11Alive Can-A-Thon
On Friday, December 2, the Arby's Foundation team went out to Atlanta's Turner Field to help support the volunteers and donors at 11Alive's Annual Can-A-Thon. The event raised over 50,000 pounds of food at our location alone and over 500,000 pounds of food across Metro Atlanta.
