Dream big is one of the six core Arby’s values. We believe when children are encouraged to dream big and equipped to pursue those dreams, they have unlimited potential to do amazing things. Our commitment to the dream big value is a part of our commitment to create positive impact in the markets we serve.

Through advocacy, education, community grants and the investment of national and franchise resources, the Arby’s Foundation supports both national and local initiatives whose goal it is to ensure that America’s youth have the opportunity to pursue their fullest future.

The funding for the Arby’s Foundation comes from a variety of sources, including Arby’s, our team members, our restaurant guests, our franchisees and our suppliers. Specifically, our guests make $1 donations through the Make a Difference Campaign in-restaurant fundraiser during two months of the year. Throughout the year a donation is made to the Foundation with each purchase of an Arby’s Kids Meal. And, our suppliers support us through their participation in our Foundation Partner Program. Arby’s is enormously proud of our franchisees, team members, partners and guests who individually and collectively help make a difference for America’s kids.

Arby’s team members are actively encouraged to give back to their communities. Whether they are volunteering to raise awareness about youth empowerment issues, lending a hand at local schools and meal sites, or actively engaging in our annual restaurant fundraiser, Arby’s team members are dedicated to making a real difference in the communities they serve.
